Can you match the existing paint color?
Yes, your local independently owned and operated Burgeon Painters® franchised business can match just about any paint color in your home using a chip of paint or wet sample. Even if you do not remember the original color codes, we can still match the color.
How often should you paint your house?
The frequency of painting will vary depending on the location of the home, the local climate, the types of surfaces that are painted, and other environmental factors. On average, most homes will need to be painted every 7 to 10 years.
How much do painters charge per square foot?
The cost per square foot will vary depending on the geographic region, the type of paint product used, the conditions of the surfaces, how much the color is changing, the number of coats, and a variety of other factors. To get accurate pricing for your home, set up an estimate appointment with us.
If damage is found during the project, can Burgeon Painters® do the repairs?
It depends on the scope of the damage. Burgeon Painters® also offer services such as light carpentry repairs, patching drywall, and stucco repairs. Our painting specialist team will be able to review your project and provide you with recommendations.
Do I need to be home while the painters are working?
No, it is not required that you be home during your painting project. It is up to you if you prefer to be on-premises while the crew is working. It is ideal if someone is there for the start of the project. Our painting team will work with you to discover your preferred way to get daily project updates.
Do I need to move my furniture before the painters arrive?
Our painting team will cover and protect the furniture and floors, but if there is a delicate piece of furniture or an heirloom that is tricky to move, please remove it before your painting team arrives or make sure you notify the Job Site Supervisor before they begin the project.
What types of paint are used by Burgeon Painters®?
At Burgeon Painters® we use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products but may use other products depending on the scope of the project. To be sure, we guide you with what brand of paint products will be using when you are planning your painting project.
Can I buy the paint and only pay for labor?
We can acquire paint products at much lower prices because of the quantity we purchase and our relationships with paint suppliers. In most cases, it will cost more to buy your own paint. In the event you still prefer to purchase your own paint, so this is something you should bring up as you plan your painting project.
Is there a warranty on my painting project?
Most projects come with a 2-year limited warranty. Some types of painting projects, like horizontal surfaces, are ineligible. At Burgeon Painters®, our promise has always been that of Certainty — reassuring our customers of a worry-free and easy property improvement. Our limited two-year warranty can help provide you with some peace of mind as Burgeon Painters® refreshes your space.
